Route information
This event takes place in the ever popular Regent's Park in the heart of London.
The undulating course consists of 3-laps on tarmac or hard gravel pathway. In the past runners have been fortunate enough to see giraffes, camels and the odd big cat as they run past the Zoo. Other highlights include the Boating Lake, floral gardens and centuries-old statues.
This course is appropriate for all levels of runners but please always be vigilant of other runners, spectators, dogs, cyclists and other users of public footpaths and rights of way.

There are several tube stops near to the park including Baker Street, Regent's Park, Great Portland Street, St. John's Wood and Camden Town.

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the race in order to collect your race number and timing chip and to drop your bag. Registration will take place at The Hub cafe.
Spectator Info
Spectators can watch from anywhere on the course and will see runners pass three times wherever they are situated.

There will be toilets available to use in The Hub but unfortunately there are no changing facilities at this event.
Can I run with a buggy?
This race is not suitable for runners with buggies/pushchairs.

This race is suitable for wheelchair users. You may be asked to start at the front of the field 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time and be vigilant of other runners overtaking during the race.
How old do I have to be to race?
Runners will need to be 15 years old on the day of the race.
Will there be a bag drop?
There will be a bag drop available, but it is recommended you bring as little baggage as possible.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three runners overall and the top runner in each of the veteran categories (V40/V50/V60/V70) for both males and females.
