Kit List

The course is a good surface, so road shoes will probably be ok, but it will be down to you on the day to make your shoe choice.

All spectators welcome!

Can I run with my dog?

Sorry dogs are not allowed to run with you in the event.  Our events are insured via UK Athletics, who recently banned dogs running with entrants.

Can I leave my own food & drink at the aid station?

Yes of course you can.  Some runners like to have their own special sports drinks and energy gels or bars during events and these can be left at the aid station.  We recommend you place them in a container clearly labelled with your name and we are not able to take responsibility for left items.

All race numbers will be collected on the day and race information will be issued to the email address you registered with and will also be available on our website.

Please arrive in good time, and there will be a full briefing at 9.20 before the race starting at 9.30.

  • Did the 6 Hour Challenge (3.3 Mile/Lap) in 2019

This was the first time running in a organised event. And first time running a half marathon. The only thing I can say that was bad/needs attention was the route.. It was great and flat but there was a water logged but only 30 metres or so but caused alittle bottle neck.. Other than that I really enjoyed it
