Everything went as planned, the course was easy, avoiding the step places, and a very smooth experience overall, just wish I was faster ;-)… read more

Great course. Good marshalling. But despite having registered and paid, when I turned up there was no record of my having entered the race. Also it was hard to hear the pre-race brief from the back.… read more

Route description

This event will take place on the variety of hard-packed tracks, tarmac walkways, and grassy plains within the park's boundary. The course will be clearly marked throughout, however please be vigilant of any members of the public using the park.

The entire course is lapped, with 10k runners travelling 2 laps of the course and 5k runners looping once.

Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for the park's famous deer who have often been spotted watching as runners speed down Sawyers Hill.

Dates have also been confirmed for two other Richmond Park events as follows:

  • Sunday 8th August - the Richmond Summer 10k and 5k
  • Sunday 12th December - our traditional Richmond Christmas 10k and 5k

Richmond Park 10k was very well organized by Nice Work. The Nice Work team was brilliant with communicating emails before the event, and great atmosphere on the race day. Thank you

Well organised race and nice atmosphere! The course was OK - it could have been a bit more varied to be more interesting but still a good course.

I am only reviewing negatively as I am tying to get in touch with the organisers through the link in my acceptance email (have been for two weeks) but cant get hold of anyone. Hoping a negative review may prompt a response!

This is a great race, it's not huge so don't expect any crowds or people cheering you on. But, it's a perfect training race. It's well organised and Richmond Park is so beautiful, you feel like you're in the countryside.
