Road to the Isles Festival of Running

Don't let the Road to the Isles half marathon daunt you, its picturesque views will be the second thing that takes your breath away. Each year passes and more runners return to catch a glimpse of the beautiful west coast and a well rounded supported race. The race commences at Beasdale Station and follows the old road the Isles through Arisaig, Traigh (where the 10K will begin their race) and through Morar into Mallaig, where the race concludes at Mallaig & District Swimming Pool. The route is a satisfying challenge for all abilities and shows off sights such as the Silver Sands of Morar that definitely will pick up your morale on the way to the finish line.
