Take on one or both of these unique ROC time-trials for runners and cyclists of all abilities at one of UK's most iconic motor racing stadiums.Solos, pairs or teams (up to 5 members) are challenged with completing an ultra marathon on a looped 3.5km off-road course including grass, gravel, woodland and the historic Foxhall track.Come to test your endurance or to experience a grandstand finish.

Route information
The course is a 3.5km loop which covers a variety of terrains including gravel, grass, woodland and the race track itself.
Participants will complete as many laps of the course as possible in the given time period and prizes will be awarded for the best performing athletes.
Participants can compete as an individual, a pair or in a team of 3-5 people (please note the team entry is available for the running event only).

Foxhall international raceway is located off the A12 to Yarmouth.

There is onsite car parking available for £2 per vehicle as well as a drop off zone in operation.
Bus
The 66A bus runs every 20 minutes from Ipswich town centre to Penzance Road. The stadium is a 15 minute walk from here.

- This is a family-friendly event and spectators are encouraged to come and support.
- Spectators & teams are welcome to set up a gazebo beside the course in support of riders and runners.
- Food and drink will be available throughout the course of the day thanks to Foxhall Stadiums catering facilities. This food will include vegan options.
- Given the family friendly nature of the event, there will be an off-road cycle challenge for the kids.
