Think you know how to 'tri'? Think again. This alternative triathlon combines Stand-up Paddle-boarding, Cyclo-cross and an obstacle course. A perfect way to explore the stunning Surrey countryside, get out here for the finisher's medal or a shot at some surfing.

Designed by OCR lovers, for OCR lovers, Rocket Race aims to squeeze as many fun and challenging obstacles into its course as possible, offering an event that really is all about the obstacles rather than the running. Route description
Route description

Atlantis will see competitors cover a unique 17km course, broken down into three sections:

2KM Stand-up Paddle-board (SUP) - this will see competitors take two laps around the lagoon on the stand-up paddle-board (provided).

10KM Cyclo-cross - a mixed terrain track with a few hurdles and spots where competitors will have to carry/walk their bike.

5KM Obstacle course race (OCR) - with some of Rocket Race's infamous obstacles.
