The course is within Herrington Country park and the final route will be announced a few weeks prior to the event.
You can choose how far you want to run on the day, meaning this is a great event if you are new to running or want a no-pressure event to achieve a personal goal. This is a 7hr Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a full lap. A full lap is 3.28 mile course at this venue. The minimum distance will be a shorter 5km lap.

Distance Pins
There will be distance pins for all runners who do a half-marathon or more. There will be a distance pin for all runners who complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50km or Ultra in the 7hr time limit which can be attached to your medal ribbon.
Aid Stations
There will be a fully stocked aid station at the lap point of the course.
Special Event
If this event is a special event for you, for instance your 50th, 99th, 100th, 150th, 200th, 250th etc. marathon or half marathon then please let the organiser know. They will provide you with a great number with your name and the event date on it. Also, if it is your birthday, again let them know and they will get you a special number for your birthday!
