Well organised, tough 5 mile trail with rewarding downhills. No frills, gimmicks or music, just tough terrain, sweat & a cup of tea at the finish. Bang on.

A fantastic challenging run very well marshalled and encouragement all the way round. First time I have done this race but will definitely be back. And to top it off the cake and coffee was brilliant. Thanks to all the organisers and marshalls.

This was my first run of this race and I really enjoyed it. Varied, undulating route and good fun. Very well organised and much respect to the volunteers and marshalls who were stood out in some pretty testing weather directing us runners around the course. Will definitely be back next year.

Excellent organisation and support throughout. Easy booking, collection and quick result publishing. . Only gave a four for atmosphere due to weather which cant be helped.
