Kickstart your Independence Day with a burst of energy at the Rotary Club of Westerville's Independence Day 5K! Join us bright and early at 8 a.m. on July 4th at the Westerville Sports Complex for an exhilarating race that not only fuels your patriotic spirit but also supports local veterans' organizations. Get your heart racing with our pre-5K festivities, including an Honor Guard presentation at 7:30 a.m. and a Kids Fun Run at 7:45 a.m., which is now scheduled before the main event – yes, you heard that right! You'll sprint through scenic paths, circle Heritage Park, and dash down to our brand-new Veterans Memorial Plaza where finishers are rewarded with awesome goodies like a race T-shirt and a gleaming medal, while the little ones earn their very own medal.
