Route information

This is a looped course, where runners will complete 3 laps as part of the 10K. The race will take place on the tarmac and gravel paths within the park and is ideal for runners of any level.

Athletes will run parallel to London Zoo, enjoying the opportunity to spot the array of wildlife within. The course will then weave through all of the park's iconic features from historic monuments to the scenic boating lake. As one of London's most picturesque green-spaces, this is certainly not one to be missed.

The park will remain open to the public, therefore runners are advised to be aware of all other park users.

This race will be course marshalled and distance marked, with regular opportunities to fuel up at the refreshment stations.

Did the race in 2019

Well organised aside from the bag drop. Disappointing to see lots of bags sitting on soggy ground...

Did the race in 2018

It rained solidly but is a lovely course running through Regents Park. The course starts narrow but soon opens up, so if you're looking for a speedy PB, get close to the start line. The only downside is a shortage of male cubicle loos (only 2) which create a long pre race que. So get there early or do what you need to do before getting to the park!

The course does undulate and if its a PB you are looking for then this may not be the right location. The paths can get congested especially as the leaders are on their final lap so be prepared to take evasive action. Very well organised and easy to find start point. Go early to the loo only two mens cubicles!

Did the race in 2017

I really enjoyed this race. 3 laps of Regent's Park isn't the most adventurous but it's great for getting a good time, and it's easy to get to! It also helps for pacing. It was quite a low key event but that suited me perfectly.
