Here are the distances available for Rugby Half Marathon
Route information
Starting at Hart field, runners will race along clear country roads, flying round to return to the town centre on 'a linear nature reserve' - the old railway line that is now a recognised wildlife hotspot.
The route is undulating, on closed roads, consists of 2 loops extending almost to Barby and is suitable for runners of all abilities.

Rugby station is the closest train station to the start location, located 1.4 miles away, which would take roughly 28 minutes to walk.
Parking
There are three paid car parks situated near the start location, including Small car park G.E.C and Parking for Whinfield Woods.

*Please arrive with plenty of time before the start of your race, to ensure you have enough time to park, register and warm up.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 17 and older to enter the event.
Race Numbers
Race numbers are expected to be sent out to participants before the event. If your pack does not arrive in time you can collect a replacement at the event, just bring your confirmation email with you.
Bag Drop
Participants may leave their essential belongings with at Event HQ, using the tear-off baggage strip on their bib. It is asked by the event organiser to bring as little baggage as possible to avoid the bag drop area overflowing.
Toilets
Toilets will be available in the event village for use throughout the event.
Water Stations
Water will be available on each lap.
Pacers
Subject to availability, pacers will be offered in this event with target times between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, the pushing of persons in any device is prohibited under the UKA Rules of Competition - including, but not limited to - buggies, pushchairs, strollers (or similar) and wheelchairs.

Only advice I would offer is tissues and hand sanitiser for the loos!The event was well organised and the Marshall’s friendly

Very well organised regarding pre and post race. Some cars on the route though. A hilly 2 lap course!

The last route along the old railway line was not good, leaves slippery, people with dogs off the lead, can’t the whole course be on tarmac???? Other than that great run thank you

I wish we'd known how far the car park was away from the finish. I suffer badly with cold after a race and would have liked the parking closer to the finish.That is the only negative.
