This is a tough course - it seems like the first eight-and-a-half miles are uphill, followed by a steep downhill section. Very well organised and co-ordinated. Great scenery and rural environment (once out of Rugeley).

Great event- really well organised and great for start of the year training run. Atmosphere was relaxed and great finishing support. Great scenery and some brilliant finishing descents!

Don`t go out to fast as the hills come thick and fast. Save your energy for the last 2 miles which is down hill!

I like hilly races but this was extremely hilly. Definitely not a pb course but in my opinion makes it more interesting. Be prepared to walk and not feel guilty.

For someone who doesnt do much road racing anymore but more off road races, I throughly enjoyed the Rugley 10, the route was challenging with some nice climbs with a nice fast downhill finish! Very enjoyable and very well organised Thank you everyone

A challenging course with plenty of undulations! Save something for the final few kms to the finish line, as its fast and all down hill!
