Fab atmosphere, organisation was brilliant, lovely touch with having the staff cheering you on throughout the run. Definitely prepare for hills - the course is very hilly, I Definitely underestimated the word 'undulating' ! Overall a really good morning for my first Half Marathon ☺️

Honestly it was one of my favourite runs of the year.. considering I ran the Boston marathon in April, that's a pretty decent compliment!! Atmosphere was mint! Loved the Marshall's on the drums around 2.8miles in!!

The event, support and Organisation was amazing. The only thing that spoilt it was the course, running through the car parks twice was demoralizing

Although the race details were transferred to me a week before the race and email confirmation received, the results timing were still in the name of the person who transferred them, so I couldn't get my time with my name on the back of the medal. Shame as it was my PB

This was great fun inside the park with characters cheering you on. The car park section was lengthy and not so fun sadly. I would have also liked to see another water station ideally. Marshall’s were friendly and supportive. I’m fairly slow and didn’t have a great race so by the time I finished (2.40) they had run out of large T-shirts for my hubby (we had pre ordered one) and looked like they were starting to break down the event village which was disappointing. I liked the fact you didn’t get charged for your race pics though, overall I’d say the positives out weighed the negatives and I would run again, just a shame about the car park chunk.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and so much going on. The staff remained overly cheery throughout the entire race they was amazing. The organisation was incredible everything went perfectly smoothly throughout the entire day. And to make it even better, there was hardly any queueing for the rides after the race which was perfect so my legs didn’t stiffen up! The only down side was the amount of running in the car park, and it would’ve been nice if the second part was a different route to the first half to keep the brain engaged but other than that it was the most amazing experience - Thankyou!!

This was an amazing event from start to finish. The run was really well planned, and lots of support from the race crew and spectators. The free time on the rides was fabulous, the queues were really short and a wide choice of rides for all

I purchased a t shirt in advance, sized, and on the day there were none available (XL) which I have quite literally never know happen in all the years I have attended official running events. I was given the option to order one to be delivered, which I did so however the member of staff simply wrote my address on a random piece of paper. I asked to be sent an email confirming that I would be sent/had been sent my t shirt and have not recieved one, nor have I still received my t shirt. Overall this has really put a disappointment on to the day- who do I contact in order to assure I receive the t shirt I have ordered and paid for?
