Did the Half Marathon in 2021
Great PB venue as it is flat though the course measured 13.51 miles on my watch and those of others who finished around me.

got my Half-Mara PB this weekend running around this lovely lake. Great place to run, well organised and good pre and post run facilities.

Water bottles at 3k, 9k, 14k and 19k are great. Parking is convenient and it's very flat. The only downside is that I've done 3 half marathons on this course in 2021 and all have been quite different distances - 20.8, 21.3 and now 21.8k. I now watches are not 100% accurate, but that doesn't explain those sorts of differences.

Well organized, flat course, good for PBs! The marshalls were friendly and cheered you on and the views of the lake were beautiful

Apart from the parking supervisor shouting at everyone, all staff/volunteers were lovely and helpful. Great course for a slow beginning like me. Brilliant morning 🙂
