Route information
Take on a 10k, 5k or 2k around Dalton Park Shopping Outlet in Murton this Easter Monday. The routes are accurately measured and are mixed terrain, consisting of off-road trails, tarmac paths and footpaths. All routes are slightly undulating, with a few hills to contend with, so runners should conserve their energy for later on in the race.
Alongside the 10k and 5k, there is also a 2k Junior Race, open to 5-16-year-olds, making this event the perfect family day out.
All runners will be entitled to a 10% discount at the New Balance shop in Dalton Park. To obtain your discount, simply show your race number when making a purchase.
Please note that no entries will be available on the day for these races, with online entries closing on the day before the event.

Dalton Park Shopping Outlet is easily accessible via the A19, between Sunderland and Peterlee. It is a 27-minute drive from Sunderland, and a 29-minute drive from Middlesbrough.
Parking
There will be parking available at the retail outlet centre.
By Public Transport
From Sunderland, participants can catch the X6 Peterlee Purples, 22 Sapphire, 23 Sapphire or 61 East Durham Explorer buses, which all stop at the Shopping Outlet.

Age Requirements
- 5k: All entrants must be 11 years or older to participate
- 10k: All entrants must be 15 years or older to participate
- Junior Run: All entrants must be aged 5-16 to participate

There will be water stations at the finish line.

- 1st Male Team - UKA Affiliated Clubs (position of first 3 male runners from club)

- Team prizes runners must be wearing a club vest to qualify
- There will be no age group prizes for this event
