Overall it was great. The only slight annoyance was that despite registering a good few weeks beforehand, my name was not on the list. It wasn't a big issue as I just showed them my confirmation email and they just wrote me on the list. That aside, it was a great atmosphere and friendly run. It was my first 5k and I didn't feel pressured at all. I would definitely do it again.

The course was lovely. Two laps of Willen Lake - and the atmosphere was unique, an untimed event which for a first race was just what I wanted. Non competitive and community feel. The event wasnt seamlessly started at 9:57 without klaxon/announcement and the queues to claim the free hot chocolate were excessive. Needed more volunteers

Great run, well organised and marshalled. Fab medal. Laid back atmosphere which is great for first time runners or fun runners, equally good to get a decent time.
