More toilets still needed, the event is getting bigger and there just aren’t enough for everyone taking part.

Sell or give out mini water guns for the kids to squirt the runners...they’ll love it and so will we!

The course is tough at the end with the final mile all up hill. But the runners are so well supported all the way and the marshals and general organisation is brilliant. It’s the highlight of my race calendar!

Without a doubt, Run Norwich is the best road 10k out there. Beautiful course around the historic city centre, brilliant organisation and amazing support from the public. I keep saying I'm not doing any more road running, but this one keeps drawing me back - and I live 3 hours away!

Always a great well orgamised event. Volunteers and marshalls are awesome. Supporters all the round the route. Gteat bling and goody bag. This was my 3rd year and I'll be back next year. For anybody doing it for the first time, be prepared for a couple of hills !!
