Nibbles à great idea. Vit confusing marking in return - around the wooden observation platform and into Cawsand where it was easy to run inland ! Shame so few runners but still good d atmosphere

Would bring your own water, only water stop just had a 5 litre bottle with no cups,Study the route map before as no marshalls and can get a bit confusing, ie some sings were just chalk on the ground. I had to double back a few times and other runners had same problems, staff were friendly though out and the atmosphere was good.
