Really enjoyed this 10km - lovely scenery and a slightly more trail 10km which is nice to mix things up a bit! A few little hills to challenge you but this is great for getting out your comfort zone! Well run and loved the sweets at the end! … read more

Route description
Route description

The route takes runners around the incredibly scenic Richmond Park on a mix of country paths and cross country sections. There are many fast sections but there are a few hills thrown in.

Runners are encouraged to go at their own pace so feel free to walk, jog or run

Please take care when running around the course as this is public land and local residents will be on the Park. Runners should also be aware that there are deer in the Park and they occasionally cross the walking paths and roads.

Excellent run and very well organised. Thank you. The only slight criticism is the place timing is done on the start time not on tag time.

Great race, beautiful setting, really well organised, everything close by the start and finish, plenty of parking, fab bling. The usual long queues at the loos though...Marshsals were happy (despite the freezing temps) and supportive to all. Loved it. Thank you. I'm not local but will visit again when I can.

Tough run on a cold, windy morning but organisation and atmosphere were great. Would definitely do again.

The course was boggy in places which made it a bit tough going. It's a good route though taking you on a few undulations through a lovely part of the park. They did a staggered start which was a good idea as there is a more narrow pathway at the start. The stewards were all very friendly and encouraging. And I chatted to and met such a lovely group of participants - this race clearly attracts a nice bunch.

Really enjoyed this event - course was interesting and fast with some lovely views of the london skyline, well signed and marshalled and overall organisation was brilliant. Was a good friendly crowd and facilities were also very good. I hit an all time PB as a result, as did my wife, and we have already recommended the event to friends. I'd certainly do this again,Mark

Really fun course over rolling hills. Challenging but a fast time is still achievable. Exceptionally well organised and the volunteers were very friendly. Slightly lacking in spectator support but the marshals were really encouraging.

I've done this course a few times and really like it. Great that it starts at 10am and the atmosphere is good, really friendly and welcoming to everyone level, whether you're running 5k or 10k. Lots of sweets and water at the end, easy to park and nice medals!

This was a very challenging course, i had already run 4.5 mile around it before 9 to keep warm lol however the organisation was good but timing slightly off between resultbase printouts and their site . I like the loop timer chips as no foot damage like others can cause. Good multi terrain to get used to lol . Like the medals but never saw any deer lolWill probably be back

Amazing course, great marshalling and great finish. I thought there should have been more water stations on the course though and the bag storage tent was crowded.

The race was really good and well organised, I did find the middle section confusing though - at the end of the 5k route / mid point of 10k, signage could have been clearer I think. But on the whole very fun race with a good course. Thank you!
