Run Richmond Park 5k and 10k Race 2 routes

The route takes runners around the incredibly scenic Richmond Park on a mix of country paths and cross country sections. There are many fast sections but there are a few hills thrown in.

Runners are encouraged to go at their own pace so feel free to walk, jog or run

Please take care when running around the course as this is public land and local residents will be on the Park. Runners should also be aware that there are deer in the Park and they occasionally cross the walking paths and roads.

Excellent event in the beautiful Richmond Park. Friendly, relaxed and really well organised. (So nice not running on pavements for once)
  • Did the 10K in 2019

Really enjoyed this 10km - lovely scenery and a slightly more trail 10km which is nice to mix things up a bit! A few little hills to challenge you but this is great for getting out your comfort zone! Well run and loved the sweets at the end!
  • Did the 10K in 2018

Well organised low key race. There are one or two undulations on the course but apart from the twists and turns at the end of each lap, its a really good run.
  • Did the 10K in 2018

Excellent run and very well organised. Thank you. The only slight criticism is the place timing is done on the start time not on tag time.
  • Did the 10K in 2018

Good testing course in nice surroundings. Well organised with supportive marshalls and staff. Enjoyed it.
  • Did the 5K in 2018

It was great just wish the trophy wasn't the same as series 1 otherwise very good organisation and Marshals were very supportive, many thanks
  • Did the 10K in 2018

Great race, beautiful setting, really well organised, everything close by the start and finish, plenty of parking, fab bling. The usual long queues at the loos though...Marshsals were happy (despite the freezing temps) and supportive to all. Loved it. Thank you. I'm not local but will visit again when I can.
  • Did the 10K in 2018

Tough run on a cold, windy morning but organisation and atmosphere were great. Would definitely do again.
  • Did the 10K in 2018

The course was boggy in places which made it a bit tough going. It's a good route though taking you on a few undulations through a lovely part of the park. They did a staggered start which was a good idea as there is a more narrow pathway at the start. The stewards were all very friendly and encouraging. And I chatted to and met such a lovely group of participants - this race clearly attracts a nice bunch.

Really enjoyed this event - course was interesting and fast with some lovely views of the london skyline, well signed and marshalled and overall organisation was brilliant. Was a good friendly crowd and facilities were also very good. I hit an all time PB as a result, as did my wife, and we have already recommended the event to friends. I'd certainly do this again,Mark
