Route information
Set in the Winter Residence of Her Majesty the Queen, the venue for this event is steeped in history. Participants will get to explore the grounds the Sandringham Estate, and follow the surrounding trails. Runners will be immersed in this scenic route with stunning views of the Royal Estate, Norfolk Countryside, and Royal Parkland.

There is event parking available within 5 minutes walk from the event village.
By Train and Bus
King's Lynn is the closest train station to the event village, located 8.2 miles away. From here, walk 4 minutes to the bus stop Transport Interchange and ride the 35 bus (towards Hunstanton), alighting at Museum & Stables Tearooms. The start location is a short 3-minute walk from there.
Camping
Camping will be based onsite next to the Event Village, just a short walk from the car park. All who register for camping are agreeing to the events camping terms and conditions.
Whilst camping onsite, please endure that you and your team adhere to the allocations for pitch sizes, which are as follows:
- Solos - 1 small tent
- Pairs - 2 small tents OR 1 medium tent
- Teams of 3 - 2 small tents OR 1 medium tent
- Teams of 4 - 2 small tents OR 1 medium tent
- Teams of 5 - 3 small tents OR 2 x medium tents OR 1 large tent
- Teams of 6 - 3 small tents OR 2 medium tents OR 1 large tent
- Teams of 7 - 4 small tents OR 3 medium tents OR 2 large tents
- Teams of 8 - 4 small tents OR 3 medium tents OR 2 large tents
Please consider your fellow runners when setting up camp to ensure there is enough space for everyone and please ensure any team gazebos are a maximum of 3 x 3m in size, and setup as close to your tent as possible, to ensure valuable camping space is kept for everyone.

18:30 Mini kid’s race, meet at the start/finish line (It’s free, Register on the entry page to be released shortly)
19:30 Entertainment in event Marquee
22:00 Catering closes, bars will close around 22.30
22:30 Entertainment in the Marquee stops, Quiet time on Campsite begins

07:30 Catering opens (and remains open until Sunday 2.00pm).

19:30 Torches to be carried by all runners (mandatory - must be worn on either head, hand or chest)

11:00 Warnings regarding last lap are issued
11:59 Runners may start a final lap before 11.59.59 and these will count in your results (there is a one hour time limit for final lap to be completed)

13:30 Awards presented in the Event Village (or Marquee in case of bad weather)

Age Restrictions
Solo runners must be 21 years or over. Runners entering as a Pair / Team must be 18 years or over.
If you are under 20 years of age, you are permitted to enter as a Solo runner, but you must only run a maximum of 27 miles.
Team Entry
To enter as a team, select the team entry ticket at the checkout and add up to 12 team members.
Non-Runner - Weekend Camping/Attendance Entry
If you are not running in this event but wish to come along to spectate and camp for the weekend, please select the Non-Runner ticket at the checkout.
Massage
There will be a massage service available for runners once they have finished the race.

Are there any age restrictions for the Run Sandringham 24?
Yes, solo runners must be 21 years or over. Runners entering as a Pair / Team must be 18 years or over. However, if you are under 20 years of age, you are permitted to enter as a Solo runner, but you must only run a maximum of 27 miles.
Can I enter the Run Sandringham 24 on my own?
Yes absolutely. If you want to enter solo, please select the ticket named 'Solo Entry' at the checkout.
Can I run the Run Sandringham 24 with my dog?
Unfortunately, as per UKA rules, running with dogs is not allowed.
Can I wear headphones/earphones during the Run Sandringham 24?
Bone conducting headphones are allowed, but in ear headphones of all types are banned from this race.
