Route information
Both races in this Run London Summer Event take place within the beautiful grounds of Victoria Park. The flat closed roads of the Park are a perfect venue for a running event, and make a great venue for experienced runners looking to run a fast time, or for beginner runners trying out a new distance for the first time.
Both races will start and finish on the Northern Drive of Victoria Park, opposite the Burdett-Courts drinking fountain.
10k
From the start on Northern Drive the 10k follows the road for 800m up to the north east corner of the park where it follows the perimeter path before heading back into the centre of the Park to complete the lap.
Competitors will complete 3 laps of this route, there will be markers every kilometre and a water station at 5k and at the finish.
5k
The 5k also heads up to the north of the Park to start the race, completing 1 small loop, followed by 1 larger loop bringing runners back to the finish. There will be markers every kilometre and a water station at the finish.

Race packs are to be collected from the Race HQ on the day of the event, where there will be toilets and bag storage. Your race pack will include your Race Number and your timing chip.
Event Instructions
All competitors will receive email instructions approximately 3 days before the event.
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 15 to enter the 10k, and at least 11 to enter the 5k.
Cut-off Times
The guideline cut-off time for this event is 1 hour 30 minutes.
