About
Join Runners Need Run Club and the Run the Wild Team for an awesome 10km guided trail run. On this morning run we will guide you on some beautiful country trails around the Chiltern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Beauty which are only 30 minutes by train from London. You will be led by qualified England Athletics coaches along paths which wind through the Ashridge forest and open fields. It's a great opportunity to get out onto trails, learn some techniques and meet other runners, so whether you just want to step off the pavement or this is your first time on trails, you will be in good hands. As with all Run the Wild events, it's a team event so you will be grouped with similar ability runners and led by one of our Run Leaders who will route find and set the pace for you. We walk anything steep and there will be a few times we stop for briefings and instruction but arrive ready for a trail run!
