Route information
Absolutely all abilities of runners / walkers can take part in this event, with a 7 hour cut off. Each lap is 5.3k out and back, of the scenic route on an old disused train line. Everyone is welcome whether you are planning to walk or run, whether you finish 1 lap, 4 laps or even 10 laps in the permitted time, you are classed as a finisher and a winner, and you can collect your medal for the event. Please come and have a try to see how far you can go.
