About this event

East London is at its best in this recurring race through Victoria Park. The course is pan flat, so it's a great race if you're chasing a PB. Victoria Park is one of London's nicest parks and this is a great way to explore it. Come for the finisher's medal and locally famous homemade flapjacks.

RunThrough always put on such great events and this was exactly that. The course was well marshalled and the race information was very clear before race day. Results were online as soon as we finished and the pictures were uploaded before I even got home. WELL DONE RUNTHROUGH… read more

Route description
Route description

There WILL be pedestrians, please be aware of pedestrians, cyclists and dogs. We have marshals around the course and signs but this is not a road race, you have to pay very close attention to where you are going. We recommend you do not use earphones and you need to pay close attention to everything around you.

The course is on the roads/paths in the park:

10k – 3 laps

5k – 1.5 laps

Another well-organized event by RunThrough. This is a quick course for PBs, and the post-race snacks are always great (those home-made flapjacks are gold)

Victoria park was nice as usual, with a well-marshaled course and the ever-fantastic chase the sun finisher's medal. The rain made it a bit depressing, but considering the weather it was a great race!

Very well organised event, even despite the rain! Volunteers cheered us all the way round. Flat and fast course so great for a PB.

A great, low-key 10K around Victoria Park. Very nicely organised and with a easy to follow and clear course, I wouldn't have changed anything. Really enjoyable and with a friendly and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Really nice race. Wonderfully run. Good location. My only concern with the course is that there were other people running and biking around it, and I wondered about the potential of a collision.

No sun to chase this time but the rain didn’t dampen our spirits. Superbly organised but Lucy and her team. And flapjacks on point once again.
