This lapped route takes runners around the edge of Battersea Park's beautiful Boating Lake. The paths are wide and flat, giving plenty of space for the runners, making this a stress-free experience.
Course marshals will help guide runners throughout the race and distances will be clearly marked.

Battersea Park Railway Station is a 10 minute walk away from the Bandstand and has frequent services from Victoria.
By Bus
Bus services run frequently from Vauxhall Railway Station to Battersea Park and is served by a number of bus routes.
Parking
There is a paid car park open to the public.
Event day logistics
09:30 5k & 10k races start

*Please arrive at least 45-60 minutes before the start of the race to allow plenty of time to collect your race pack, attach your race number, drop any bags you may have, and warm up.
Registration
The event village and registration will be located next to the Battersea Park Bandstand.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time in order to complete the registration process.
Race Pack
Race Packs must be collected on the day of the event, before the start of your race, from registration. Please be aware that you will not receive anything in the post.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 17 and older to compete in this event.
Bag Drop
There will be a secure area where bags can be left, though it is recommended that you bring as little baggage as possible. Your bag tag is attached to your race number which you can tear off and attach to your bag.
Refreshments
There will be water stations at the 5k point of the race and at the finish where flapjacks and bananas will be waiting for finishers.
Toilets
There are 2 public toilets in Battersea Park which you'll be able to use. Please note that they are about a 5 minute walk from the start area and event village.
Headphones
It is not recommended that you wear headphones during the race so you stay alert to what is going on around you and hear the encouragement from marshals and spectators. There will also be pedestrians on the paths you'll be running who you'll need to be aware of.

Yes, you can decide whether you want to run 5k or 10k on the day.
Is there somewhere I can leave my bag while I run in the Battersea 5k & 10k?
Yes, there will be a secure baggage area. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, just tear it off and secure it to your bag.
Are there toilets at the Battersea 5k & 10k?
The park has 2 sets of toilets but both sets are a little way from the start/finish point, so please allow time to get to and from them.
Can I run with a buggy at the Battersea Park 5k & 10k event?
Runners are allowed to run with a buggy but its asked that they stay near the back to avoid congestion.
