Route information
Terrain: Pavement Elevation: Flat
This flat route will take you through the incredible grounds of the South Park in London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
If you are doing the 5k you will complete the route twice, while 10k runners will do four laps.

We strongly recommend getting public transport for this event.
By Tube/Train:
The closest stations to the park are Stratford or Stratford International. Alternatively, you can get overground to Hackney Wick which is around a 10-minute walk to the park.
By Bus:
Regular bus services run from Central London into Stratford City bus station.
By Car:
There is paid parking available at Westfield Stratford City.
Event day logistics

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the race to allow ample time to complete the registration process.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

5k: Entrants must be 11 years of age or older to participate

10k: Entrants must be 15 years of age or older to participate
BAGGAGE
We will have a secure area in the Event Village where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number. You simply tear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.
TOILETS
There will be on-site toilets located at Riverside East where the Event Village is located.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be water provided at the 2.5k point of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.
SPECTATORS
Spectators are more than welcome.

Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.
