Route information
The route allows participants to explore almost all of Heaton Park. Runners will have the opportunity to loop around the circumference of the park's lake before then passing the classic 18th century country house, Heaton Hall.
The Half Marathon route has minor differences from the 5k and 10k, however course marshals will be stationed at all major points throughout the course.

Car: There are a number of Pay & Display car parks throughout the park.
Tram: Manchester Metrolink offers free park and ride across its network for all of those using the service. Bury Interchange and Radcliffe & Whitefield stations have trams running to the Heaton Park and Bowker Vale stops, which are within walking distance of the park.

Does the park have catering?
There will be a coffee van on site for spectators to buy hot drinks from throughout the event. Additionally, the park cafe will be open should spectators or competitors wish to buy food.

Photographs will be uploaded on the events Facebook page after the race.
