Route information
This course loops around the inside of the racecourse and is a notoriously quick circuit. Runners will speed around the track and get that chequered flag finish. The race will take place on the roads/paths within the course rather than grass.

The course will be clearly distance marked and marshalled throughout.

Kempton Park train station is 200 yards from the North entrance. Trains run every half an hour direct from London Waterloo with the journey time being just 40 minutes.
By Car
Kempton Park is located on the A308 between Sunbury on Thames and Hampton Court, less than one mile from Junction 1 of the M3 via Junction 12 of the M25.
By Bike and on foot:
The racecourse is easily accessible by both foot and cycle. Cycle parking is available in the park.

All entrants must be the following ages to enter each distance:
- 5k: 11 and over
- 10k: 15 and over
- Half Marathon: 17 and over
