Compared to Hampton Court it was less well organised in general, less sponsors ( post run snacks 🤣 ) and missed not having pacers!

I'm new to running and pretty slow. The course marshals were really encouraging! The staff in general are also very welcoming to the fat old lady at the back (me!). Thank you. I did Battersea Park Santa Run before Christmas and I'm doing the Goodwood 5K on Sunday! It's all about the medal, and I love your medals!

Too much plastic - bottles and wrappers around energy bars. Have another think about the medals as well. See what happens at the Mornington Chasers event on the same site.
