I decided on the day to change from a 10k to 5k. I needn’t have been worried as the young lady on the registration desk was so pleasant and helpful, the change was done in a flash with no problem at all. Very well organised event. Thank you 😊

Having only one water station per 5k, especially when we were running in 25 C, is very dangerous. I didn't get a bottle of water thinking I will get one later, but ended up running the entire 5k with no water. Please have more water stations.

This was my first Runtgrough event, I done the Vitally London 10k earlier in the year but I'm really new to running events like this. Organisation was excellent, the atmosphere was incredible, tbe guys doing the warm up at the beginning was really cool, and I loved how the waves were organised. I ran a PB last week and thought I was gonna struggle to get anywhere near it today, that had taken 15 months to beat my precious one. Then today I go and take another 4 minutes off it. Absolutely buzzing.. And the medal is pretty cool too! Bag drop off was easy, parking around Regent's Park is super easy too. All in all everything was spot on!
