Route information
This flat, tarmac route is a lapped course that takes runners within Regent's Park alongside the iconic London Zoo, giving the perfect opportunity to spot camels, giraffes, and maybe even some big cats. 5k runners will do 1 lap of the park and 10k runners will take on 3 laps. Embrace the summer sun as you race towards your next PB.
After all, that excitement, the tranquil boating lake and floral gardens will certainly get you back into the steady drum of running as you complete three laps of the course.

I enjoyed the run & the medal is great I got the new medal but my friends got the older one as once again the event ran out of medalsPlus I ordered & paid for socks back in January & was instructed to collect them on race day , however yesterday I was told they didn’t have them & I was to email in or collect at another eventI’m not planning on doing another run through event anytime soon so this is very annoying. Please could you arrange to have them sent to me I ordered white ladies socks size smallThanksBeverley Burgess

The organisation was great. The team were great at organising everyone and cheering people on. The course was lovely. The only thing that could be improved would be to stagger the race starts a little more, as the path was so narrow but busy to begin with so it was tricky to navigate.

Water. If you do a 5k one doesn’t get water at all during the course. If you do a 10k you only get it once. If you want to have one, it’s Doesn’t mKe sense having yet water station at the start / finish

I was quite slow because of health issues, I signed up for and finished the 10k. One of the run through members tried to motivate me and run a bit with me and said "You should have done the 5k". That hurt and made me feel quite bad about myself.
