The course takes place in the stunning Tatton Park in the heart of Cheshire.

The undulating course takes place on closed roads and is often described as a fast course. Many competitors have recorded personal bests over the years.

As one of the almost final finishers I was very happy that all the snack tables were open at the end, and the cupcake was very welcome too. Delicious.

First time attending and it didn’t disappoint, great organisation and nice route go check it out 👌🏃🏻🏃‍♀️

Very good experience run through team are great drinks and snacks and a medal great day out and venue is brilliant 

The atmosphere in all runthrough events is absolutely fantastic. Big thanks to ste Carter the 55 Min pacer for helping me bag a pb! And to josh, the guy who come back down the course to the 9k mark to give us all a boost of support on that last stretch. Absolute legend. Love that lads energy! And the reception I got from the volunteers and marshals was something else when I was heading to the finish line. Felt amazing!Run through events are a lovely welcoming community and I've made friends with a few people. Doing these races has also inspired me more on my running journey. So thankyou!! 

Really enjoyed 1st time running at Tatton park and Really well organised 

The encouragement from event staff particularly near the end from the gentleman on the bike was AMAZING.  

Well organised event on a good course, also minimal traffic congestion. Will do it again.

It was my first run and very thing I thought it would be like. Good atmosphere and volunteers to keep runners going at tough times 

Good course, excellent marshals BUT 1. I don`t appreciate online directions that take me to a closed gate to Tatton Park. 2. toilets that are right across the far side of a field so my feet are soaked walking there 3. taking 30 mins to leave the Tatton Park site which almost doubles my journey time home. Race time 55 mins, escape from Tatton 30 mins!

Lovely race. It was my second time, the 1st being 2022. I took time to make, and run with a friend. I turn 60 next month and I plan to run 60K in 60 days (in 6 organised 10Ks). Tatton happened to be the first one... and I aim to do one more Tatton. Raising £60,000 to add value to slum kids in Nairobi by building a green energy run resource centre in Kibera. 

Good countryside run with views of sheep and deer.

Very well organised but I was a little surprised when a dog nearly tripped me up.  There were a couple of people running with dogs on long lines ahead of them in the 5k.  I wasn't aware canicross was allowed in your events.

Yes - a really great run... the pacers and the stewards were all really friendly .... loved the cakes too!

Middle cones would be helpful as not everyone stuck to the left, and some runners went in the way of oncoming people! Otherwise fab event 

Beautiful course, well organised. Thoroughly enjoyed, I'll be back!

Good course, excellent marshals.What I didn't like: 1. Arriving at the gate indicated on the race information to find it closed, kept on driving until arriving at the main gate, which was open.Why not put a sign up on the closed gate to reassure drivers that they just need to keep going? Or send out correct information?2. getting wet feet having to walk across grass from the car to the toilets. Not a good feeling on a coldish morning.3. Worst of all... queuing for 25 minutes after the race to get off the site. It puts me off coming again, which is a shame.

The 55 minutes pacer started too fast. I wasn't using him but anyone who did would have burned out after just a few K. I was 12.30 at 2K trying to get 52.30 to 53 and the 55 pacer was out of sight so obviously sub 52 pace. I almost caught him at the finish and he had no one following him. So he would have been no use as a pacer. I have paced at Parkruns and each K I do is within 5 seconds of the others and I have always been inside 10 seconds of the target time with a group around me benefitting from my steady and accurate pace. Inside the last K I encourage those who think the can speed up to go for it but hang back myself to bring the strugglers home close to the target.

Fab race. Very well organised. Well done team. 

Had a ball, a combination of elite and beginners and everything in between. Would recommend for first timers and seasoned runners alike. Good culture 

First timer - easy parking, plenty of toilets, simple bag drop. No problem with start, lovely course (although uphill on way back!) and plenty of ‘freebies’ at finish. Travelled from Burnley - would do it again 

Amazingly supportive marshals and team - I don't know his name buy during the warm up there was a marshal walking through the crowd encouraging everyone and he was great (also at the 6 or 7km too on his bike)  put a smile on my face and kept me going!!

Amazing, well organised, well martialed, great atmosphere, loved the design on the medal and keep on organising these events as it makes such a difference in motivating so many people to get and stay fit. Yes, would really recommend these events, just make sure you inform people to arrive in plenty of time, but that was my fault!!

Absolutely brilliant race. Super friendly marshalls, great organisation and I was so happy to see a 1:15 pacer for the 10k! 🤩

It was a challenge but was so fun. Will definitely recommend to friends

It was my first race and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very well organised. Everything easy to locate such as carpark, bag drop and start point.

I did the 5k and thanks to the fantastic pacer I beat the 30 minute threshold I had. So happy - thank you

Loved Tatton Run through event. Everyone so friendly and the course was stunning. Volunteers and hosts were fantastic. 

First time runing this event and I felt it had an amazing family friendly atmosphere with a beautiful course, set in incredible grounds.

I absolutely loved it and got a personal best.

I love this run. So friendly and the Runthrough team and the marshals are amazing.

I’ve never ran a run through race before and I was loving it start to finish! Everywhere was sign posted so I knew exactly where to go! All volunteers were so so kind and helpful, happy to answer any questions I asked! The warm up made me laugh before my first race by myself! Then the course was amazing, I loved loved loved the atmosphere! The Marshalls were that encouragement that I needed! Thank you so much, I’ve booked many more races now following Tatton park! Xx

Fantastic Event I really enjoyed it! The whole thing was well organised and I was impressed with the medal we received. This was my first 5Km at age 57 and it has inspired me to do it again. 

Post a terrific time and push yourself with this fast 5k or 10k race. Great for beginners and experienced runners alike, the undulating course winds its way through the beautiful Tatton Park in Cheshire. Come to try for a PB or for the finisher's medal and you might even see some deer!
