How to get there
Event day logistics
Stage 1 – 22nd May 2021, Looe to Polruan – 12.1 miles of scenic coastal path along the south coast of Cornwall, 1 checkpoint part way, no cut off time. Stage 2 – 12th June 2021 Rock to Boscastle – 25.5 miles of rugged North Cornwall coast path, 2 checkpoints along the way, 9 hour cut off. Stage 3 – 24th April 2021, Boscastle to Looe,The Smugglers Way – 36.6 miles straight across the Cornwall via Bodmin Moor, 3 checkpoints along the way, compass and map reading skills required for this one, 14.5 hour cut off. Stage 4 – 5th September 2021, The Saints Way Challenge, 28.5 miles, Padstow to Fowey, straight across the County following the ancient Saints Way Trail. 10.5 hour cut off.

Kit List
Mandatory Kit List Stage 3 / 4 :
- Issued map for that day in an easily accessible place (We will give you them on race day).
- Useful numbers, checkpoint timings and lost procedure. (issued on the day)
- Whistle
- Compass (Phone app acceptable on stage 4)
- Hi Vis top / kit bag or reflective strips for road safety
- Foil Blanket
- Lightweight Waterproof top (can be wearing)
- Long trousers / running leggings or tights (can be wearing)
- Gloves / Hat (can be wearing)
- Chocolate bar / nutrition.
- Torch
- First Aid Kit (Stage 3)
- Foil blanket
- A minimum of 400ml of water.
- A lightweight piece of warm clothing (in a waterproof bag)
- A fully charged working mobile phone (in a waterproof bag)
- Paper and pen / pencil with your name and your NOK mobile number written on it (in a waterproof bag)
All stages will be timed, runners on stages 2, 3 & 4 will be issued with a GPS tracker prior to the start of the challenge and be required to check in at the start, checkpoints and the finish.
The minimum age for all stages is 18 years.
