Terrain: Trail
This 10k starts by quickly getting your heart racing over some punchy climbs. After the initial climb, the route heads towards Loch Eilde Mòr and heads clockwise route on hilly trails. All the hills will be worth it with some amazing views of the loche from on high. Not to worry, the last 2.5k of the route will be downhill.

There will be parking available in the centre of Kinlochleven. Parking charges are to be confirmed.

  • From Glasgow Airport: ~2.5 hours Coach ride direct to Kinlochleven
  • From Edinburgh Airport: ~3.5 hours Coach ride direct to Kinlochleven

Registration will be located next to the Ice Factor in Kinlochleven. All participants will need to register in person and collect their race numbers. Please allow for 1 hour to complete the process.
Age Requirements
  • 16-17 welcome to race without adult supervision if a parent/guardian accompanies them to registration
  • 14-15 welcome to race with their parent/guardian who must also accompany them to registration
There will be a sweeper runner following behind the last participant.
On-Site Facilities
Showers will be available in the Leven Centre in Kinlochleven from 11:00-21:00.

Spectator Info
Spectators Family, friends and members of the public are welcome at the Support Points particularly, and also at the more remote Checkpoints. They are also welcome to spectate anywhere on the route, including the mountains - this is a great support experience for runners, spectators and walkers.
