This ticket also entitles you to entry to a nearby local venue for an evening of live music. Time slot booking for the yoga sessions, guided runs and trail workshops will open by 18th April 2019 and will be emailed via a separate link.

Ultra Run - 9am

Ultra run consists of a 50km run, which will start at the festival site and run through the downs, returning to the festival site. Start time to be confirmed but expected to be 9.00am. This option is suitable for runners already experienced in long distances and would feel confident running a road marathon runs within 4.5/5 hour time. Full route information and requirements will be sent out by 18th March 2019.

Spectators - 11am

This ticket allows spectators to attend the day for free, they will not be able to take part in any of the talks, workshops or runs. But will be allowed on the event grounds to spectate people that are participating. Each paying participant can bring along up to four spectators.

One of the most important pieces of kit a trail runner will need to consider is their shoes. Trail running requires a specific trail shoe that can grip to the terrain and provide traction to help you move more sure-footedly over dirt, mud, roots and gravel with the necessary stability. Trail shoes provide protection around the toe area and on the sole of the shoe meaning that runners are shielded from uneven terrain, branches and rocks, the durable upper materials withstand abrasion and tears.

Trail running is all about making sure you're comfortable with whatever the weather conditions and terrain throw at you. The best bet is to come with a variety of gear and make an educated choice on the day.

We welcome all supporters. At each festival there will be an event village where people can find out more about trail running, enjoy food or drink and watch the participants run or get involved in a workshop. Your supporters can enter the festival free of charge.
