Route information
You will start and finish at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club, which is also the lap point of the course, where there will be an aid station. This fast and flat 4.37 mile (7k) route will be the perfect opportunity to go for your PB or hit a new distance in preparation for the London Marathon. It is possible to walk this course as well, if running isn't the speed for you.
The course will be fully signed so there is no need for navigation. The course is mainly well made paths and tarmac with a short grass section. Road shoes are suitable all year round.

There is free parking in streets near to the venue. Alternatively, there are plenty of public car parking spaces nearby. You can also often find much cheaper parking if you arrange parking online.

Aid Station
There will be an aid station at the start line / lap point. Therefore you can access the aid station every 4.37 miles.
On Site Facilities
There will be toilets at race HQ at the start/finish area. There are also changing facilities at the venue.
Bag Drop
There will be an area where you can leave your bags. This however won't be supervised at all times so items are left at their own risk.
Distance Pins
You'll receive a distance pin if you complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50k or ultra in the 7 hour time limit.
Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 18 or older in order to take part.

Do I have to run for the entire 7 hours of The Chamber of Runs?
Not at all! All runners are encouraged to do as many laps as they can but the minimum distance is one 4.37 mile lap.
Will there be toilets at The Chamber of Runs?
Yes. You can find the toilets close to the start/finish area by Race HQ.
Do I need to be a regular runner to take part in The Chamber of Runs?
No, this event welcomes runners of all abilities to take part. You get to decide how far you want to run in this 7 hour time challenge - just complete at least one 4.37 mile lap in order to collect your medal!
