Route information
You will start and finish at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting club where there will be an aid station. The route is along the Thames Path. This fast and flat 4.37 mile route will be the perfect opportunity to go for your PB and stretch yourself over the multiple days of this event.
The course will be fully signed so there is no need for navigation.

Start times
Due to the lack of light in the winter months, this event will be starting at 9 am.
Aid Station
There will be an aid station at the start line. Therefore you can access the aid station every 4.37 miles.
On Site Facilities
There will be toilets at race HQ at the start/finish area. There are also changing facilities at the venue.
Distance Pins
You'll receive a distance pin if you complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50k or ultra in the 7 hour time limit.
Age Requirements
This event is open to runners aged 18 and over.

Do I have to run for the entire 7 hours of the New Year's Day Hangover Cure Run?
Not at all! All runners are encouraged to do as many laps as they can but the minimum distance is one 4.37 mile lap.
