Route information
The course is along a beautiful stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. The minimum distance is 5km.
You can complete a distance of your choosing, from 5k all the way up to a 50k ultra. As long as you complete one lap then you have earned your medal!

Distance Pins
There will be distance pins for all runners who do a half-marathon or more. There will be a distance pin for all runners who complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50km or Ultra in the 7hr time limit which can be attached to your medal ribbon.
Aid Table
There will be a fully stocked aid table with lots of snacks and drinks to keep you fuelled throughout.
Bag Drop
There will be an area for bags, but it will not be fully monitored throughout so leave valuables in your car.
