There will be an aid station at the start line. Therefore you can access the aid station every 4.37 miles.
On Site Facilities
There will be toilets located at the White water Centre which will be open from 08:00 onwards.
Distance Pins
You'll receive a distance pin if you complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50k or ultra in the 7 hour time limit.
Age Requirements
You will need to be aged 12 or over on event day to participate in the Theory of Runativity.
