Enjoy the spring sunshine with this 10k trail run based at Symonds Yat. You'll explore the scenic Wye Valley AONB as you trail an undulating route along the River Wye. Prepare yourself for the scorpion stinger as the last kilometre of the course will be a huge climb to the finish.

Route information
This 10k course will follow the trails and gravel fire roads in the Wye Valley AONB. There'll be some climbs along this route, providing some views of the River Wye and Valley, with one thigh-burning climb for the last 1k as runners will ascend the Scorpions Tail up to the finish.

There is some paid parking at the Forestry England Symonds Yat Rock car park. Parking is charged at £3 for up to 2 hours, £5 for up to 4 hours, and £7 for all day.

All entrants must be ages 14 or over on the date of the race to participate.
