Route information
This beautiful countryside pocket packs a variety of choice for riders. While not the hilliest area, there will be plenty of off-road trails to follow with some fast and great single-tracks included.
With a few patches to keep you on your toes, the whole ride will be lots of fun, and boasts a host of views to enjoy.
Whether you want to tackle the whole 50k, 43k, or 28k, each route will be perfect for riders of all abilities.
As you go around the route, you will find bright orange signs and ribbons to follow. At route divide points, you will find yellow signs showing you which way to go to follow the Full, Mid or Short routes.

Age Requirements
Riders must be 16 and older to enter the Long route.
There are junior tickets on offer for those under 14 and under 16 to enter the Mid and Short route.

How do I find my time from the Shackleford Spring Punch?
Times will be available on the organiser's computer at the finish line.
How do I know what route to follow at the Shackleford Spring Punch?
All riders will follow the orange ribbons and signs, which you will be shown at the briefing. Where the routes divide runners will see a set of yellow signs indicating which direction to travel. Once you've gone past the divide point, signs will go back to orange.
Will there be somewhere to get water along the routes at the Shackleford Spring Punch?
Yes, there will be a mid-ride drinks top-up point along the routes.
