Shock Absorber WomenOnly Triathlon and 5k

This one is just for the females amongst us! The Shock Absorber WomenOnly Triathlon has evolved into a full female-only multi-sport day. Take your pick; there’s something for everyone. So, whether it’s about taking on a challenge for the first time for the official charity Breast Cancer Care, or just to challenge yourself to better your time, the atmosphere at Dorney Lake makes this the perfect event at which to do this. The event, held at the Olympic rowing venue Dorney Lake, Eton, provides a flat tarmac run and bike track as well as a lake with clean, calm waters to swim. As well as being a very safe and supportive venue, it also offers superb spectator viewing.The triathlon is always popular, offering a range of distances to either dip your toe into the water for the first time; to push yourself with a longer distance; or even to challenge yourself against the best in the Sprint Distance Triathlon.
