This time you have the whole of October to run the signposted Sika Trail route in Wareham Forest, Dorset.
You can enter the single sika (11k), or the double sika (22k).
Run the route any time of day in October on your own or with a bunch of friends.
No self-navigation skills or map reading ability is required, as the trail is signposted with clear blue markers by Forestry England all year round.
Wareham Forest has a lot to offer. It's got a variety of long and short trail routes that aren't too hilly so you can get a good pace going. The Sika Trail is a signposted trail route frequently used by runners and cyclists. It's scenic, can be fast, and nice and open in the forest. The course it mostly flat, with a couple of hills, and a steep incline in the final kilometre
