All distances will run the tow path along the Leeds and Liverpool canal and all will be starting and finishing in the same place. The start/ finish line will be located 100 yards from Caroline Street Social Club.

Registration
Registration will be at the Caroline Social Club and is 100 yards from the start/finish area.
Cut-off Time
There will be a cut-off time of 6.5 hours. All runners should complete the course in that time.
Age Requirements
You must be aged 16 or over to compete in the 5k.
You must be aged 18 or over to compete in the 10k, half marathon, 20 miles and marathon.
You must be aged 21 or over to compete in the ultra marathon.
