Parking
You can park in the local streets a few hundred yards from the Waves Community Centre. Please be aware that parking may be limited so please car share if you can.
Event day logistics
08:30 5k starts
09:00 10k starts
09:30 All others distances start
Registration
Registration will be at the Waves Community Centre. This will be where you can collect your race number.
Please report to registration to collect your race number an hour before your race is due to start.
Age Requirements

5k and 10k: Entrants must be 16 years of age or older to participate

Half Marathon: Entrants must be 17 years of age or older to participate

20 miles and Marathon: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate

Ultra: Entrants must be 21 years of age or older to participate
Cut-off Time
There will be a cut-off time of 6.5 hours. All runners should complete the course in that time.
Prizes
There will be trophies available for first place male and female finishers across all distances.
Onsite Facilities
There'll be toilets located in the registration building. You will also be able to make a cup of tea in the registration building too.
