About
A challenging race with over 1000m of ascent. The route takes runners over 3 tough, steep climbs and each descent thrilling enough to give you the adrenaline rush ready to take on the next climb. These tough hills reward you with spectacular views of wharfedale, some of the most beautiful scenery in the Yorkshire dales. Riverside footpaths, grassy descents and some technical, rocky sections make this a race not to be underestimated but definitely not to be missed. This race forms part of the Due North trail half marathon series. Prizes for overall position in the series. No dogs are permitted to join you on the race due to crossing farmland.
