Route information
The route goes from the North East to the South West skyline of Snowdonia National Park starting at Conwy and finishing at Nebo covering 39 miles with over 4,800m of height gain.
Day 1 - Early morning start in Conwy for the longest but least technical day running the length of the Carneddau with an overall distance of 29km and 1,928m of height gain finishing off in the beautiful Ogwen Valley.
Day 2 - A technical day with plenty of scrambling firstly climbing Tryfans north ridge and bagging a couple of the Glyderrau mountains before heading to Pen y Pass and one of the most iconic scrambles in the country, Crib Goch and its knife edge ridge running the other mountains in the Snowdon massif before descending to Rhy Ddu. A total of 17.7km and 2,082m of height gain.
Day 3 - The most stunning ridge in the whole of the Wales and very runnable, the shortest of the days at only 13.5km with a height gain of 782m but a ridge that won't be forgotten and a great end to a spectacular journey across the mountains. To finish the day weather permitting we will head to Anglesey for a well deserved ice cream and to marvel at the whole of the skyline you have run!
