Sound the Alarm 5k

Are you ready to pound the pavement for a noble cause? Join us for the exhilarating Sound the Alarm 5K Run/Walk along the scenic Madison Pike through historic Independence, Kentucky. A mostly flat course with gentle elevation changes ensures that whether you’re sprinting or strolling, you’ll enjoy every step. More than just a race, this event is about rallying support and generating funds for the heroes of our first responder community, with proceeds aiding the families of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

There's no race day registration, so secure your spot in advance and pick up your packet, which includes a swag bag, at Tri-State Runningpers Company, or on the morning of the race if you can’t make it the day before. With age categories from under 15 to 65 and older, everyone is welcome to participate. Remember, the mission is not just to run, but to honor and support those who serve and protect us every day.
