Did the Half Marathon in 2019

Very nice scenery, nice atmosphere, easy access. Very friendly and Professional staff. Small crowd , but very enthusiastic.
  • Did the 10K in 2019

A great run, I decided to cut down to the 10km as training had changed. I think for 5km and 10km it’s a perfect course. I don’t know if doing four Laps would get a bit repetitive but dead flat so all good!

Only complaint.... not enough toilets ! Only 7 available. Told there were toilets on the promenade but they were closed anyway 🤷‍♂️
  • Did the 10K in 2019

First entered organised run, will be back next year really enjoyed it, may even do the half marathon.
  • Did the 5K Fun Run in 2018

This was my first ever race! And boy, I don't think the weather got the message, but if anything it made my race what it was, a sub 40" 5K in sideways rain!!! loved it

Is the half marathon route laps along the seafront or does it go inland?

Hey there, just to let you know that the course is a up and back course along the the coast line. It follows the beach front for 1O kilometres before turning around and heading back to the finish. The only part were it goes inland is the finish area however the sea is visible the entire time. Best of luck!

Hi there, we are taking entries up until the 1st of August (unless it's sold out by then) - but we would advise booking sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment though! Thanks
