Route information
This duathlon event has a range of offerings for all ages and abilities of athlete. It takes place at the Gravesend Cyclopark, which has a completely flat road circuit perfect for cyclists looking to achieve a new PB.
Each team member in the Team Relay event will complete a 3k run, before heading out on a 12.5k bike leg consisting of 5 laps of the course. The leg will finish with a 3k run, before the team member hands over to their next teammate in the changeover section.
The Fast Furious solo race will feature an opening 5.5k run, which is one lap of the track. This will be followed by 8 laps of the bike course, amounting to 20k. The finishing leg will be a 3k run.
The GOTri event, open to those aged between 15 and 16, consists of a 2.5k run, 12.5k bike leg and 2.5k run to finish the race off.

There is parking available, but it costs £1.

From the centre of Gravesend, the Cyclopark can be reached by catching a 308, 306 or 483 bus from the Barack Row stop.

Relay Team Registration
Only one member from each team needs to register the whole team. They will pick up an envelope which will contain all race and bike numbers required for the event.
Age Requirements
Participants in the GOTri race should be between 15 and 16 years old.
Facilities
At the Cyclopark, there are changing rooms, showers, toilets and a cafeteria that participants will be able to use and access.
