Route information
Take on this fantastic trail run around the South Wales countryside. With lots of great scenery on offer, this event is perfect for everyone. Come to see how fast you can run on trails this summer. No Matter your ability you are welcome to give the course a go. The route will be a mixture of terrain making it a challenge for everyone.

Age Requirements
- 25k: Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate
- 10k: Entrants must be 15 years or older to participate
Prizes
There will be one prize money for every 20 full entries per race distance. The prize money for each section will be split between male and female athletes.

How old do I have to be to enter the South Wales Multi-Terrain Trail Race?
Participants must be over the age of 18 to race in the 25k race, and participants must be 15 years of age or older to compete in the 10k.
